We work with the owner or authorized property representative to identify the contents approved for removal and the areas that must remain untouched. Send an overview of the property rather than just the largest pile. That helps us discuss access, the likely amount of work and the information needed for your on-site estimate.

Can you clear the garage and outdoor areas too?
Yes, approved contents in those areas can be included. Photograph each area and identify unusual or heavy materials for the team to review before acceptance.
Does a foreclosure cleanout include repairs?
No. Our service covers the agreed contents removal, loading and hauling. It does not include property repairs, legal proceedings or utility work.
