Before your pickup
Have the appliance ready for hauling
- Arrange safe disconnection of water, gas or electrical connections by an appropriate professional when needed. Hauling does not include utility work.
- Empty the unit, remove personal items and tell us about leaks or damage before the visit.
- Send dimensions or a model photo for oversized appliances, plus pictures of stairs and narrow doorways.

Weight, size, quantity and loading access affect an appliance-removal estimate. Built-in units must be ready to move, and any special handling or disposal costs are discussed before you approve the quote.

Do you disconnect gas, water or hardwired power?
No utility disconnection is included in this hauling service. Have appliances safely disconnected before removal and discuss the preparation with us first.
Can you take an appliance that no longer works?
Yes, we can review non-working appliances. Tell us the type and condition when requesting the estimate.
Do I need to empty my refrigerator?
Yes. Remove food and personal items, and discuss any remaining preparation before the visit.
Can you take a refrigerator from upstairs?
Send the appliance dimensions and access photos. We confirm whether the removal can be done safely before booking the work.
